Romanian Children's Aid Foundation, Romania

The sponsorship money has helped to fund the building of the family children's home in Sovata, Romania. It is a small children's home in which 16 'deprived' Romanian orphans can grow up in a family environment with the help of local volunteers.

Thanks to a growing number of volunteers and sponsors, the Dutch branch of the Romanian Children�s Aid Foundation can continue to do its work for this vulnerable group of children. Among other activities, the Foundation organises annual holidays in the Netherlands for children from Sovata and the sending of Christmas parcels to Romania.
